SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Delivery
All orders (excluding backorders) will ship within 24-48 hours ground delivery times. Most orders received before noon CST ship the same day. Orders received after noon, usually ship the next business day. There is no FedEX or UPS Ground/Home Delivery pickup on weekends.
Express Delivery orders will ship first. We will ship via the delivery method you choose. Please note we have no control over any delays that may occur with FedEx or UPS.
If you have ordered a color, size or style we are temporarily out of stock of or that is discontinued, we will notify you. You can exchange, cancel, or wait for the item to become available.
International Shipping
At this time we only ship within the United States. Just email us if you need shipping elsewhere; we’d love to recommend another online retailer website for you.
ORDER STATUS
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation to notify you we have received your order.
On the day your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number so you can track your package. We will send backordered items as soon stock becomes available.

Credit Card Transaction Policy
For your convenience, you may order online for the ultimate in speedy, accurate service. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
Upon submission of a credit card order via the Internet, Sculptees.com will seek an approval code from the customer's credit card issuer, and charge the account for the full order amount at the time of ordering.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to the shipment of stock merchandise will result in full refund to the credit card account.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise, with all tags attached, within 7 days of delivery. All sales on Sculptees underwear bottoms including the Jimmy and Bandit are final and no returns will be accepted due to hygienic reasons. We gladly accept returns of unworn Sculptees shirts only within 7 days of delivery. Be careful when trying on products for deodorant and cologne marks and scents which will make the item unreturnable. Please be sure to choose the correct size and color when purchasing these items. We are sure you understand no one wants used underwear. All sales are final on clearance and sale merchandise with no returns or exchanges.
If your return, is within our return policy of 7 days listed above (no returns for bottoms, only shirts), we will email you a return authorization number. If you have an exchange and not a return, you will still need to email us for a Return Authorization number. We will email you the return address to ship the package, when we issue your Return Authorization Number.
If the garments is in its original, unworn condition with original packaging and tags, refunds will be issued for the price of the returned product to the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued for your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been damaged or soiled.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an unworn product clearly indicate the style, size, and color you’d like of the in-stock item. We are happy to send your exchange back with no additional shipping and handling charges. Exchanges are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange has shipped.
Errors or Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please e-mail customerservice@sculptees.com within 10 business days with your order number. You will not incur any additional shipping cost to you.
How to Return Merchandise
To return or exchange items purchased online at Sculptees.com, please follow these instructions:
1. Email us at: returns@sculptees.com. Please indicate your name, order date, order number, and reason for the return. Indicate whether you would like to exchange or return for a refund. To exchange a product clearly indicate the style, size, and color you’d like of the in-stock item. We will notify you if additional funds are needed or if there will be a credit.
2. If your return, is within our return policy of 7 days listed above (no returns for underwear bottoms), we will email you a return authorization number. If you have an exchange and not a return, you will still need to email us for a Return Authorization number. We will email you the return address to ship the package, when we issue your Return Authorization Number.
PACKAGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PROPER EMAIL NOTIFICATION AND SCULPTEES ISSUED RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all items and paperwork. All items must be returned in it's original unworn condition and with original tags and packaging to ensure credit.
4. Enclose a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the item. If you can not send your invoice, please include their order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).Before sending their return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Sculptees cannot accept C.O.D., bill to receiver, or third party billed deliveries and will be refused.We recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. If your shipment is not insured and it gets lost, we have no way of issuing credit or making an exchange.
RETURN STATUS
Return times can vary depending on the shipping method chosen when sending the return.
If you are returning a product we recommend that you send it by a traceable method. This will allow you to know exactly when the item is received at our warehouse.
It will take up to two weeks for the refund to be applied once the return has been received.
It may take 1 to 2 business cycles for the credit to appear on your statement depending upon statement cut-off timing.
The original form of payment on the order will be credited. If your credit card is no longer valid, please contact us to make arrangements for receipt of your credit.
Late Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns more than 7 passed your order date. We reserve the right to accept or refuse them. If a late return is accepted, a $10 per-item restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We recommend you return your product using a service that can be tracked and insured such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
